Sitia Beach City Resort & Spa, Sitia (Crete)

I just returned from a lovely week at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience overall! The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff really stood out. The beach was just across the road, offering clear, warm water and free sunbeds, which I enjoyed. However, meal times felt a bit restrictive, and while the pools were peaceful, the situation with sunbeds at the main pool was less than ideal. Overall, I had an amazing time despite a few minor downsides.

We had a fabulous holiday at the resort, enjoying the comfortable and clean facilities with a variety of dining options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The entertainment activities around the main pool were lively, but if you're looking for a quieter experience, the back pool was perfect. However, be prepared for a predominantly French-speaking environment, which might not suit everyone.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable with a perfect location close to the beach and the charming town center. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had stunning views. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and friendly. However, the enforcement of sunbed reservations could use some improvement since I noticed several beds were left reserved for too long. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.
